Calling all artists! The Westcott Area Cultural Coalition is currently seeking proposals for 2024 funding for arts and culture activities in Syracuse’s Westcott Neighborhood. Central New York artists can apply for funding for public art projects or visual or performing arts workshops or performances. Programs must be free and open to the community.
